Buy Only Once

Buy Only Once stops the bot from buying the same token again after it already took a fill (or already committed to one). It is the switch for “I copy the first entry, not the averaging-in”.

It lives on each rugger in 💰 Buy Config. The scope (how wide that lock is) lives on the wallet.

The problem it solves

Without it, a followed wallet can:

  • Buy token X, then buy X again 20 seconds later (“add”)
  • Buy X, sell a bit, buy X again
  • Share the same mint with another rugger you also track — you copy both and double the size

Buy Only Once makes the bot treat that mint as already done for the scope you chose.

How to turn it on

  1. Open the rugger → 💰 Buy Config
  2. Tap 🔁 Buy Only Once until it shows ✅
  3. There is no separate Scope button on Buy Config. The bot asks:

Apply it across this whole wallet?

The Buy Config summary shows the scope in parentheses, for example:

  • Buy Only Once: ✅ ON (This tracker only)
  • Buy Only Once: ✅ ON (Whole wallet)

The ON/OFF is per rugger. The YES/NO answer is this bot wallet: every rugger on that wallet that has Buy Only Once enabled uses the same scope.

⚠️ This is not “across all your bot wallets”. Wallet 2 has its own Buy Only Once scope. YES = every tracker on this wallet.

Change the scope later from 💰 Wallets → the wallet → Advanced → 🎯 Scope.

Scope: this tracker only vs whole wallet

Imagine one wallet, two copy ruggers, both with Buy Only Once ON. Token PEPE prints.

This tracker only (default)

  • Rugger A copies PEPE → A will not copy PEPE again
  • Rugger B can still copy PEPE — B never bought it yet
  • You can end up with two bags of PEPE if both fire

Whole wallet

  • Whoever wins the race (A or B) copies PEPE
  • The other is skipped — one bag, one spend
  • A later “add” from A or B is also skipped

When to use whole wallet: several trackers that overlap (same cabal, mother + children, two KOLs who ape the same CA). You want one entry per mint.

When to use this tracker only: two independent strategies that might buy the same coin on purpose (a sniper and a separate copy trader with a different size).

What counts as “already bought”

The lock is not only “a confirmed trade in Positions”. The bot also blocks:

  • A second copy-buy on the same mint in the same scope
  • A Buy on Dev Sell if that mint is already locked
  • A retry after a failed send, if a buy already exists or is reserved
  • Buy The Dip on that mint — dip adds are extra buys of the same token, so they are skipped while Buy Only Once is ON for that rugger

A snipe delay still works. The bot waits, then checks the lock again at send time so a delayed rugger cannot steal the slot from a 0-second rugger on whole wallet.

Buy Only Once vs Follow Cooldown vs Buy The Dip

These three are easy to mix up.

💡 You can run Buy Only Once + Follow Cooldown together: one entry per token, and no burst of five different tokens in one second.

Other filters still apply

Buy Only Once is a second-buy gate. The first buy still needs:

  • Auto-Buy ON (and not paused by Max Loss)
  • Tracking that can generate a buy (Track Buys, New Token, Buy on Dev Sell, …)
  • Snipe Delay, Min/Max MC, Max Token Age, Track Buy Amount, gas, balance, …

If the first attempt is skipped because of Min MC, the mint is not “used up” forever in a useful way — you didn’t get a fill. If a copy did go out and lock the mint, later attempts in that scope are skipped even if you wanted a second shot.

Copy sells are not blocked

Buy Only Once is buys only. Track Sells, Copy Sell %, TP/SL, Trailing SL, No-Activity still run on the position you already have.

Worked example

Wallet Main, scope whole wallet, three ruggers all with Buy Only Once ON:

  1. KOL-A buys NEWCOIN at 8:01 — you copy 0.3 SOL
  2. KOL-A buys NEWCOIN again at 8:02 (“add”) — skipped
  3. KOL-B buys NEWCOIN at 8:03 — skipped (same wallet, same mint)
  4. KOL-A buys OTHERCOIN at 8:04 — copied (different mint)
  5. NEWCOIN dumps 40% — Buy The Dip on KOL-A does not add

Same story with scope this tracker only: step 3 would copy for KOL-B.

Checklist

  • Want one bag per coin on this wallet → Buy Only Once ON + whole wallet
  • Want each rugger independent → Buy Only Once ON + this tracker only
  • Want DCA / dip buys → Buy Only Once OFF on that rugger, use Buy The Dip
  • Burst of different tokens → Follow Cooldown, not Buy Only Once
